I was addicted to sugar until age 39. I was a pastry chef for 10 years, and even after I got out of the business, my mind was still revolving around that next sweet coffee, pastry, snack, or after meal dessert. Now that I have found healthier ways to enjoy the sweetness, I have more mental clarity and energy. It feels good to live with more vibrancy.
